SKNFY is a skincare brand created specifically for Gen Alpha consumers who are becoming increasingly interested in skincare from a young age. The brand focuses on providing gentle, safe, and environmentally friendly skincare products that are suitable for younger skin. At SKNFY, we want skincare to feel fun, creative, and safe while also encouraging healthy skincare habits from an early age.

Our products include lip oils, skincare sets for different skin types, eye patches, face masks, and spot patches. The brand uses colourful visuals, trendy marketing, and influencer collaborations to connect with younger audiences while also reassuring parents that the products are safe and trustworthy.

KPI's

Our KPIs will focus on measuring the success of the product launch, customer engagement, and overall brand growth. One of our main goals is to increase brand awareness through social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and Snapchat by gaining followers, increasing engagement, and encouraging customers to share content featuring SKNFY products.

 

Another KPI for the range plan is product sales. We aim to achieve strong sales through our website, pop-up events, and retail stores such as Boots and Superdrug. We will also measure how successful individual products are within the range, including our lip oils, skincare kits, face masks, and spot patches, to identify which products are most popular amongst consumers.

 

Customer satisfaction and loyalty will also be important KPIs for SKNFY. We will monitor customer reviews, repeat purchases, website engagement, and feedback from social media and pop-up events to understand how consumers feel about the brand and products. In addition, we aim to grow our email subscription list by offering exclusive discounts, early access to new launches, birthday rewards, and member-only offers.

 

The success of our marketing campaigns will also be measured through influencer engagement, PR package reach, pop-up event attendance, and website traffic. These KPIs will help SKNFY understand whether the range is successfully meeting the wants and needs of Gen Alpha consumers and parents while helping the brand continue to grow and improve in the future.

Benefits of My Brand

At SKNFY, our products are designed to provide safe, gentle, and age-appropriate skincare specifically for Gen Alpha consumers and children under the age of 13. One of the main benefits of our range is that it encourages healthy skincare habits from a young age while helping young consumers avoid harsh ingredients that are often found in skincare products made for adults. Our products use simple formulas that are suitable for younger skin, helping to protect the skin barrier and reduce irritation or damage caused by stronger active ingredients.

Another benefit of the SKNFY range is that our products are affordable, easy to use, and designed for different skin types, including oily/acne-prone skin and dry skin. This allows customers to create simple skincare routines that feel enjoyable and accessible. We also focus heavily on making skincare feel fun and interactive through colourful packaging, flavoured lip oils, mystery keychains, and aesthetically pleasing designs that appeal directly to Gen Alpha consumers.

Sustainable Practices

Sustainability

Sustainability is key during my project as Gen Alpha consumers are becoming increasingly passionate about the environment and making eco-conscious choices. Research shows that over 70% of Gen Alpha consumers prefer brands that are environmentally responsible, while many younger consumers are more likely to support businesses that use sustainable packaging and ethical production methods. Therefore, I have taken into consideration different factors where I can provide sustainability throughout the brand, including environmentally friendly packaging, recyclable materials, reusable product designs, and reducing unnecessary waste during production.

SKNFY provides sustainability within its packaging by using recyclable and lightweight materials wherever possible. For example, when researching product designs, I looked into the possibility of creating tube packaging as I know first-hand that these types of designs can be created using recyclable plastics and materials that are easier to reuse and dispose of responsibly.

I have designed many of my products using tube packaging, as shown in the images throughout the project. These designs are not only more practical and sustainable but also lightweight, travel-friendly, and visually appealing for Gen Alpha consumers. In addition, the simple packaging design helps reduce excessive materials while still maintaining the fun and colourful aesthetic that represents the SKNFY brand.

What You can start to see from SKNFY in the next upcoming years?

In the future, SKNFY plans to continue expanding both the product range and the brand itself. We aim to introduce new skincare collections, seasonal launches, and limited-edition products to keep the brand exciting and relevant for younger consumers. We also plan to continue developing environmentally friendly packaging and sustainable product designs as sustainability becomes increasingly important to Gen Alpha consumers.

 

Following our UK launch, SKNFY hopes to expand into additional retailers such as Sephora and Space NK before eventually expanding internationally into countries such as the United States and across Europe.

 

We also plan to continue growing our social media presence through influencer collaborations, pop-up events, PR campaigns, and interactive content that connects with Gen Alpha audiences. In the future, SKNFY may also introduce loyalty programmes, subscription boxes, and a mobile app to improve customer engagement and encourage repeat purchases.

 

At SKNFY, our long-term goal is to become a trusted and recognisable skincare brand for younger consumers while continuing to promote safe skincare habits, creativity, and confidence.
